We employ a methodical approach to project management, guaranteeing that each element of the project is thoroughly examined and evaluated before advancing to the subsequent phase. We follow a strict and thorough contract negotiations process. We intrinsically investigate and challenge any departures, variations and delays ensuring the highest quality is delivered every time.


We work with the operations team to ensure seamless transition and hand over of site and building operations, and provide support and training to ensure optimal service outcomes.


We believe that defect management is a hugely overlooked area of the project management discipline. We are passionate about every detail that can improve our customer’s facility and service.

Peter Petito

Founder / Director
With a Master’s in Business – Property and over 30 years in the logistics, property development and building industries, Peter has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry.

Over the years Peter has held roles with Coles Group, Toll and Sigma Healthcare. He has delivered landmark projects for Coles Myer, such as the Queensland network reconfiguration in 2016, including the building and fit-out of a 43,000sqm new facility and the consolidation of five satellite warehouses.

During his time at Sigma Healthcare Peter was involved in the delivery of five new state of the art automated facilities across Australia, which included the property strategy, land sourcing, development and delivery of the property inclusive of the fit-out of the automation and other capital and equipment through to operational readiness.

Peter works in partnership with clients from the initial review and design stage, right through to procurement and fit-out, handover and post-handover defect management. He is passionate about delivering world best practice solutions that meet the clients’ financial and practical needs as well as their current and future requirements.

As an experienced Project Director, Anthony is an expert in strategic planning, development of procurement strategies, design management, project management and asset management throughout the property development life cycle.

Over the last twenty years, Anthony has worked with numerous organisations including Toll Group, Frasers, Landcorp, Perth Airport, Curtin University, Westpac and Charter Hall. Delivering large-scale projects including a $200M new build in Western Australia.

Having worked on projects across a broad range of industries coupledwith his extensive education including First Class Honours, Anthony’s knowledge and industry experience are a unique asset to the P1 Project Management team.

Anthony takes pride in working with his clients and being part of a team to deliver enduring property solutions. He provides a supportive and collaborative approach in his working relationships and is valued for his ability to take on a project and deliver results.

Katya Moskvina

Co-founder / Project Director East Coast
Katya’s broad education, encompassing a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a power engineering qualification from Engineers Australia, played a significant role in cultivating her passion for project management. Katya began her career in the power generation industry, delivering automation solutions for power generating plants that sparked her true passion for executing challenging projects in challenging environments.

Throughout her career, Katya has delivered projects in various sectors, including industrial property build and automation, pharmaceutical fit outs, civil infrastructure construction, oil and gas fittings and automation, and industrial generators. Katya’s portfolio includes collaborations with Sigma Healthcare, ARTC, Apache Energy, Energy Australia, Santos, Chevron, Worley Parsons, and many more.

Katya’s commitment to continuous learning and growth, passion to form close relationships with customers and dedication to upholding technical and ethical standards position her as a valuable asset in delivering projects to the highest level of quality

Neil Mulcahy

Director –
Business Development
With a Master of Business (Supply Chain/Logistics) and almost 30 years of experience in the industry, Neil has both the formal education and practical experience, making him a true subject matter expert.

Neil has significant global experience ranging from start-ups to corporates in both domestic and international markets operating across a broad spectrum of operational, management and board-level roles.

Over the years Neil has worked for Philip Morris International, Coles Myer, Aglive Limited and multi-client consulting & advisory servies through 2Innovate Pty Ltd. With a broad scope of undertakings from hands-on involvement via facilitation, ideation, problem-solving and delivering solution pathways through to process improvement, technology development and significant capital works programs.
